Up for your consideration is an authentic signed poster (NOT A REPRINT) of Justify winning the Kentucky Derby in Louisville, Kentucky on his way to becoming a Triple Crown winner in 2018. The poster is not cardboard but poster/photo paper, and it measures 24 inches by 18 inches. If you subtract the white border around the color photo, the color section measures 22 inches by 13.5 inches. Mike Smith signed near the likness of himself, and Bob Baffert signed on the rail. The poster features the Triple Crown logo (for the 2018 champion) and gives photo credit to the Churchill Downs official photographer, Coady Photography. CONDITION: I am listing this item as a "used" item because there are no tags or original packaging, but the poster has never been displayed (kept in storage only). The story behind the signatures is that when Justify paraded on June 16, 2018 at Churchill Downs in Louisville (on Stephen Foster and Matt Winn Stakes Day), Bob Baffert was there because he trained Ax Man in the Matt Winn. Mike Smith rode Ax Man. The autographs were acquired in person in the Stakes Room at Churchill Downs. The poster is technically "new" except for the addition of the signatures, and the only minor concern to report is that the top right corner shows a little wear and tear from storage. You'll also see in some of the pictures that I had to hold the corners down to photograph it - this poster has been stored rolled up (and will ship in a tube).
